Send Russel a message and within 24 hours I am sitting here typing on a revamped computer - basically a brand new one!! He attended at our residence, did his magic thing with our computer that was making funny sounds and was dragging its feet doing the computer thing! Russel informed us of our different options and associated costs. Now I am no computer whizz, but the computer is working after some Russel magic and for that I will be forever grateful! I initially found Russel through a Facebook recommendation. I’m so glad I did. He diagnosed several issues with my tablet, repaired them, organised parts and upgraded to get it almost like new. Service was fantastic, he was very patient when we had trouble remembering old passwords and he kept me informed at all times. Came in under the (very reasonable) quote too. Would very highly recommend Russel ?

After a few years of putting up with bad internet, we gave Russel a call, have used him on a couple of occasions and he has always been reliable and very reasonable. Spent a good part of the day at our house today sorting out our internet problems, wiring, corrosion, connection, all of which we didn't know we had problems with, nothing was too much trouble for him. Explained everything in a way we could understand, no wonder we were having so many problems. We are now running like a dream, wonder why we put up with our slow connection speed etc for so long. Thumbs up for Russel and the IT WORKSHOP.

Russel provides excellent service for people seeking advice about, and resolution of, problems associated with their PC and portable devices. Examples of the wide range of assistance that I have received from Russel include: transferring all relevant programs and data when "setting up" a new PC, advice re. NBN options, removal of junkware and virus prone programs, general PC "overhaul" to ensure maximum efficiency, troubleshooting to dramatically improved internet speed. Russel is customer focused, very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. He is a pleasant and capable person with whom to discuss and solve computer problems.
